Viktor Gerhardinger

Viktor Gerhardinger (* 1990 in Passau ) is a German chef.

Career

After training at Geisel Private Hotels in Munich , he moved to the Kleinschmecker restaurant in Munich in March 2015 . He then became head chef at the Walter & Benjamin restaurant in Munich.

In autumn 2019 he switched to Christian Schagerl's vegetarian restaurant Tian in Munich (one Michelin star ). In February 2020, Gerhardinger became head chef at Tian , which was awarded a Michelin star shortly afterwards.
