Viktor Stomps

Viktor Stomps (born December 8, 1826 - † February 9, 1907 ) was a German judge and parliamentarian.

Life

Viktor Stomps studied law at the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn . In 1847 he became a member of the Corps Palatia Bonn . After completing his studies, he pursued a career as a judge. In 1867 he was justice of the peace in Bernkastel . From 1894 until his retirement in 1899 he was President of the Elberfeld Regional Court .

From 1867 to the summer of 1868, Stomps was a member of the Prussian House of Representatives for the constituency of Trier 2 (Wittlich, Bernkastel) . He did not belong to any political group.
