Vila Meã is a place and a former municipality ( freguesia ) in northern Portugal .

Vila Meã belongs to the Vila Nova de Cerveira district in the Viana do Castelo district . The community had an area of ​​3.5 km² and 347 inhabitants (as of June 30, 2011).

On September 29, 2013 the municipalities of Vila Meã and Campos were merged to form the new municipality of União das Freguesias de Campos e Vila Meã .
