The Villa Benzino in Landstuhl , a town in the Kaiserslautern district in Rhineland-Palatinate , was built between 1841 and 1843. The villa at Ludwigstrasse 12 is a protected cultural monument .

The late classical hipped roof building was built for the merchant, art collector and politician Joseph Benzino . The villa is around 21 meters long, 12.5 meters wide and has a living space of around 525 square meters. After moving to Munich in 1878, the Benzino couple only used the villa during the summer months.

The middle axis on the street side is emphasized by a balcony on the upper floor. A floor belt separates the lower and upper floors. The upper floor is enhanced by a mezzanine floor . The house entrance is on the north side.

Behind the vestibule , a spacious staircase leads from the ground floor to the top floor.
