Villa Dr.-Schmincke-Allee 13 (Radebeul)

The Villa Dr.-Schmincke-Allee 13 is located in the Serkowitz district of the Saxon city of Radebeul . It was built in 1892/93 by the local master builders, the Ziller brothers, in the street that they also developed.

description

The two-story, along with its enclosure under monument protection standing Villa is traufständig the street. The plastered building is structured by sandstone walls , on top there is a slate-covered gable roof .

In the street view, on the right, there is a side elevation with a crippled hip over a gable . On the left in front of the back is a two-storey wooden veranda , which was added in 1930 by the builder Oswald Vetters.

The enclosure is a picket fence between sandstone posts over a brick base.
