Parkallee - a residential street - was expanded in 1890. There are many listed buildings in the street (No. 30, 32, 39, 48, 107, 117, 133).

The two-storey, plastered villa with the street-side gable, base storey, today's half- hipped roof , veranda and bay windows as well as a transverse half-timbered building with a gable roof , was built in 1897 at the turn of the century in the neo-renaissance and country house style for the planning architect Albert Dunkel.

A variety of decorative elements adorn the house. Some parts and components have also been reduced through modifications.

In Schwachhausen, among other things, residential buildings on Schwachhauser Heerstrasse (No. 55, 57) were designed by the architect Dunkel .

Today (2018) the house is used for offices and apartments.
