The Villa Ebbinghaus-Möllmann is a listed former upper-class residential building in Iserlohn ( Märkischer Kreis , North Rhine-Westphalia ), Gartenstrasse 39.

The late classicist villa stands in a large garden. It was built in 1870 by the builder Otto Schmidt as a plastered building with a mezzanine for the metal manufacturer Hugo Ebbinghaus. The architect August Deucker expanded the building in 1905 on behalf of Paul Möllmann with an extension and the winter garden .

The ground floor is ashlar , the upper floor is smoothly plastered. The risalites are gabled. The interiors are arranged symmetrically. The furnishings come from the renovation in 1905. The rooms on both floors are accessed through vestibules , the upper floor is paneled on all sides and has a skylight . The ground floor is adorned with stucco decoration and ceiling paintings in the style of the Neo-Renaissance and Art Nouveau forms . The doors with wooden paintings were 1980 and 1990 new on the findings taken . The coach house was built in 1901.

The building is currently used as a music school.
