Villa Emilie (Serkowitz)

The Villa Emilie is located in the Serkowitz district of the Saxon city of Radebeul , at Friedlandstrasse 4. The building was built by the local master builders, the Ziller brothers, in 1887 for the property owner Bruno Arthur Durst. In 1897 the wife lived there. de Bruyn, whose address was given with the house name .

The single-storey, under monument protection standing villa is a cottage-like dwellings. The plastered building stands on a broken stone base, it has a knee and a flat gable roof with rafter gables .

In the street view there is a two-storey risalit in the middle , also with a rafter gable, in front of which there is a wooden veranda with an exit on top. In the left side view is a wooden entrance porch. Behind the building there is a side wing with lower storey heights on one side.

The windows are framed by walls made of sandstone, some of them are framed by vine trellises.
