description

The under monument protection standing tenement to address as a detached rental villa, is a two-storey residential building with a converted mansard roof with dormer windows. The plastered building standing on a stone base can be stylized as a German Renaissance .

The four-axis street view is asymmetrical, with narrower and wider windows alternating from left to right. The second window axis from the left is emphasized by a risalit , which was formerly decorated by a curved gable. Balconies hang in front of the outer upper floor windows .

The windows of this front, partly designed as coupling windows , are partly crowned by elaborate gable roofs.
