Villa Franziska (Niederlößnitz)

The Villa Franziska , formerly also Villa Elias , is located at Ludwig-Richter-Allee 15 in the Niederlößnitz district of the Saxon city of Radebeul . It was built between September 1881 and June 1882 by the Niederlößnitz architect and master builder Adolf Neumann .

The listed , five-axis villa is a two-story residential building with a gently sloping, flattened hipped roof that is covered with slate.

In the street view, on the right, there is a two-axis side elevation , in the eaves of which the name of the house can be found. In front of the back on the left is an arbor supported by four pillars; the exit on the upper floor is secured by an iron grille. In the right side view, the north side, there is an entrance porch.

The plastered building is cornices and renewed corner pilaster strips divided, the windows are by Sandsteingewände edged and straight Verdachungen crowned.
