The Villa Hunckel is located in Bremen , Schwachhausen district, Bürgerpark district, Parkallee 107. The house was built in 1900 based on plans by H. Bischoff. It has been a listed building in Bremen since 2001 .

history

Parkallee - a residential street - was expanded in 1890. There are many listed buildings in the street (No. 30, 32, 39, 48, 101, 117, 133).

The two-storey, plastered, villa with the three-storey, octagonal turret with a bell dome , base storey, mansard roof , veranda and bay windows, was built in 1900 at the turn of the century in the style of historicism or neo-baroque for the publisher Wilhelm Hunckel (Verlag G. Hunckel) .

Today (2018) the house is used for offices and apartments.
