history

The building contractor Heinrich Völkel applied for the construction of a rental villa in September 1897. The design came from the builder Ernst Claus, who also took over the construction management. Bricklaying and carpentry work was done by the construction business Adolf Neumann . From 1898 the construction activity changed to the construction company Gebr. Große , possibly in connection with the change of ownership to the master slater Heinrich Gerhardt in March 1898.

The coach house with a coach house was built in 1919.

In GDR times, at least since 1973, the property was listed as Haus Krumm under monument protection .
