description

The two-storey villa at Ludwigsburger Straße 61 was built for Karl Maas, a doctor, with the doctor's practice being set up on the ground floor of the villa. The practice is characterized on the outside by arched windows with a frame in the Baroque style . There are living rooms on the upper floor. Facing the street, the upper floor has a polygonal bay window with floral sculptures. Pilasters on the corners of the building and pilaster strips connect the two floors.

history

In 1950 the building was owned by the widow Ida Herrmann. The doctor Erich Lutz had his practice on the ground floor, and an apartment was rented upstairs. In 1961, the grocery wholesaler Werner Wiese acquired the villa and used the former medical practice on the ground floor as an office.
