description

Architectural drawing by Neumann (around 1900)
Villa Martins-Klause (above the villa on the left as “our house”, 1910) Below right is the similarly stylized Villa Am Jacobstein 1 .

The under monument protection standing villa , in 1933 the rental villa converted for two parties is a two story, "picturesque Irregular" residential building on a large corner lot, overlooking the small square, which results from the coincidence of Am Born mountains , Winzerstraße , Ludwig Richter Avenue and Am Jacobstein results.

The building stands on a stone-view base, has plastered facades and a high hip roof . In the south view, on the right, there is a side elevation with a gable in ornamental framework . On the south-western edge of the building facing the square, there was originally a small bay window with a spire , which can be seen on Neumann's architectural drawing.

On the opposite side of the building to Winzerstraße there is a central projection, also with a half-timbered gable.

The windows of the rental villa, stylized as German architecture around 1500 ( old German style ), are framed by sandstone walls.

In 1933 it was converted into a two-family house .
