description

The 1883 built, today along with its enclosure under monument protection standing, cottage-like villa is a two-story building on a syenite -Bruchsteinsockel and a low-pitched, traufständigen gable roof , which is verschiefert.

The five-axis main view of the building, which is set back from the street, points north to Nizzastraße , it is emphasized by a central, richly decorated wooden veranda with an exit on top with a cast-iron grating, above a three-axis rafter gable with board carving.

The smooth plastered building is structured by sandstone walls, to the right and left of the windows there are folding shutters that give the house “a southern charm”.

The enclosure consists of a wooden fence between sandstone pillars, the gate entrance pillars are decorated with stepped heads. "Two beautiful linden trees mark the gate entrance."
