The Villa Pytlik building is located in the Mariaweiler district of Düren in North Rhine-Westphalia at 12 Kupfermühle .

The house was built around 1880. It was named after the general practitioner Dr. Hugo Pytlik, who practiced in Mariaweiler.

The park also belongs to the two-storey late classicist brick villa as a listed building. The house stands on a raised base. The facade has arched windows and is divided horizontally by a cornice zone. The building has a flat tent roof .

The building is registered under No. 9/008 in the list of monuments of the city of Düren.
