Villa Susanne

description

Architectural drawing by Carl Käfer, around 1889

In December 1889, the building contractor and bricklayer foreman Friedrich August Moritz Wolf applied for the construction of the rental villa , which is now a listed building , and which was carried out by the builder Clemens Hanke until the construction inspection in October 1891 , probably based on a design by the architect Carl Käfer .

The two-storey rental villa is a building with a gently sloping, flattened hipped roof , which was extended to the rear of the house in 1932/1933. The symmetrically formed, five-axis street view shows a three-axis central projection . In the left side view there is a two-storey veranda . The structure of the plastered facades is now significantly reduced.

In 1896 Wolf applied for the construction of Villa Dora , followed by Villa Brésil at Blumenstrasse 16 in 1899 .
