The under monument protection standing Villa is a two story building. It stands on a quarry stone base and on top has a flattened, expanded hipped roof with half - hip dormers .

On the right in the street view to the north is a three-storey side elevation with a vented gable and a wooden balcony in the attic. In addition to the sandstone window walls that surround all windows, the risalit ground floor window has a segmented arch roof with a stucco ornamented field. To the left of the back of the street view is a single-storey, glazed wooden veranda with an exit on top.

On the left in the left side view there is also a side elevation with a split gable. At the rear of the villa there is a stairwell.

When the plaster was renewed, the facade was simplified in its structure.
