Villa rustica (Merching)

The villa rustica in the district of Merching , a municipality in the Swabian district of Aichach-Friedberg in Bavaria , is a protected soil monument . The villa rustica of the Roman Empire is about 1.65 kilometers northwest of the Church of St. Martin .

The early to mid-imperial reading finds include utility ceramics and fragments of southern Gallic relief sigillates .
