Vilma Šilalienė
Vilma Šilalienė (born November 7, 1969 in Šiauliai ) is a Lithuanian administrative lawyer and politician . She is currently Deputy Minister for Social Affairs.
Life
After graduating from high school 1976–1988 at the 3rd Telšiai Middle School , Vilma Šilalienė completed a bachelor's degree in pre-school education and psychology at the Vilniaus pedagoginis universitetas from 1988–1993 and a master's degree in children's rights protection at the Mykolo Romerio universitetas from 2011–2013 . 2010–2011 she headed a sub-department for the protection of children's rights and from 2015–2017 she was the deputy director of the Vilnius Municipality Administration . Vilma Šilalienė has been Lithuanian Deputy Minister for Social Affairs since 2017 , Deputy Minister Linas Kukuraitis in the Skvernelis cabinet .
