Vincent Usulor
Obasi Vincent Usulor (born July 15, 1948 in Ebonyi / Nigeria , † June 20, 2006 ) was a Nigerian politician.
After studying law, which he graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Nigeria, he worked as a lawyer.
From 1990 to 1992 he was State Secretary in the government of President Ibrahim Babangida in the Ministry of Sport and Social Development. He was later a member of the government council under General Sani Abacha from 1993 to 1994 .
From 1999 to 2003 Vincent Usulor was a member of the Nigerian Senate for Ebonyi State. The senator, who belonged to the “PDP” party of President Olusegun Obasanjo , was deputy chairman of the Senate Committee for the Development of the Capital Region during this time.
