Vincenzo Marchese (born May 19, 1983 in Böblingen , Germany ) is an Italian football player .
Career
In his youth Marchese played for SpVgg Weil im Schönbuch and VfL Sindelfingen . In 2006 he then moved to the Stuttgarter Kickers , where after two years he made the jump to the club's second team and played a few games in the Oberliga Baden-Württemberg . After just one year with the second team, Marchese completed games for the first team in the Regionalliga Süd . At the beginning of the 2006/07 season he moved to SSV Ulm 1846 in the Oberliga Baden-Württemberg. After the Stuttgarter Kickers were relegated to the Regionalliga in 2009, Marchese returned to the Kickers after three seasons at SSV Ulm in 1846. This season Marchese was the new captain of the Kickers and made his professional debut on July 21, 2012 when he was in the starting line-up in the 2-1 defeat by Hansa Rostock .
After relegating to the regional league with Kickers, he moved to the Spanish third division club Atlético Baleares in summer 2016 together with goalkeeper Carl Klaus .
