Visvaldas Matkevičius
Visvaldas Matkevičius (born December 4, 1963 in Šiauliai , Lithuanian SSR ) is a Lithuanian politician, mayor of Panevėžys (2002-2003).
Life
In 1986 he completed a degree in special education at the University of Šiauliai and in 1998 a master’s degree in human resource management at the Technical University of Kaunas . From 2000 to 2003, from 2003 to 2007 and from 2007 to 2011 he was a member of Panevėžys City Council. From 2002 to 2003 he was mayor of Panevėžys , from 2003 to 2007 administrative director of Panevėžys.
He is the director of the Panevėžys Special School .
