Volker Klöpsch
Volker Klöpsch (born January 18, 1948 ) is a German sinologist and translator .
Volker Klöpsch did his doctorate on the compilation Shiren yuxie ("The Jade Splinters of the Poets") published by Wei Qingzhi around 1240 , teaches at the East Asian Seminar of the University of Cologne and is the founder and co-editor of the booklets for East Asian culture . Together with Eva Müller he edited the Lexicon of Chinese Literature (2004). He translated the three hundred Tang poems into German.
