Volker von Alzey

Volker von Alzey is a legend from the Nibelungenlied . He is the minstrel at the Burgundy court in Worms . His headquarters in Alzey is approx. 20 km from Worms. Volker is one of the Burgundian knights and heroes. He dies with the other Burgundians at Hagen's side, fighting at Etzel's castle at Hildebrand's hand.
