Volkmar Miszalok

Volkmar Miszalok (born November 26, 1944 - † November 15, 2012 ) was a German doctor and computer scientist .

Life

Volkmar Miszalok was born in 1974 at the University of Stuttgart in the field of local, regional and State planning for Dr. Ing. PhD . He then studied medicine and, in addition to his license to practice medicine, also obtained a medical doctorate from the Free University of Berlin in 1981 . During his studies in 1975 he became a member of the old Königsberg fraternity Alemannia in Kiel .

As an interdisciplinary specialist in image creation and image processing problems, Miszalok became professor for medical informatics in the department of informatics and media at the Beuth University of Applied Sciences in Berlin .

In addition to his teaching activities, he was managing director of the Berlin company Vision Bildanalyse GmbH , which also dealt with image processing.
