Supplementary pension insurance

Supplementary preventive health insurance is a special form of supplementary health insurance offered by private health insurance companies , the insurance benefits of which are limited to the reimbursement of costs for preventive examinations not borne by statutory health insurance . Frequent examples of such preventive examinations are breast cancer screening , skin cancer screening or glaucoma screening as well as the so-called major health check and special examinations in the event of pregnancy.
