Lecturing advice

The title lecturing council is a historical rank of an administration, which has been preserved in official titles to this day.

The addition "lecturer" referred to the level from which the official had the right to speak to the king or emperor personally; see also Privy Council .

The speaker is of similar origin , today in the department : You had to report regularly to the sovereign on certain topics or developments.

Today the term can still be found as a promotion level in the Legation Council , while it was previously used in all ministries.
