English translation

The poor English translation was criticized in numerous reviews. In the in-game shop, for example, motorcycles that have already been bought are marked with "bought" (correct: "bought") or grammatically incorrect sentences such as "I'm cute than you" (correct: "I'm cuter than you") appear. With the update to version 1.1.0, some of the language errors have been eliminated.

reception

The game received mostly bad to very bad reviews. For example Mathias Oertel from 4Players writes :

“Nothing fits together in Vroom in the Night Sky. The completely banal concept was integrated into a backdrop that belies the supposed capabilities of the switch and makes Nintendo's new system look technically like a relative of the N64. [...] "

- 4players (score: 5%)

Nicola Hahn from PlanetSwitch.de comes to the following conclusion:

“The game is poorly translated, offers hardly any content, absolutely nothing is explained, no matter how necessary. The individual worlds hardly offer any variety, especially not the gameplay itself. This title is wasted money, the achievements and the setting options don't help either. "
