Vytautas Lapėnas
Vytautas Lapėnas (born January 11, 1958 in Kyburiai , Pasvalys district ; † January 14, 2008 in Rojūnai , Panevėžys district ) was a Lithuanian politician and aerobatic pilot.
Life
After graduating from the Petras Vileišis Middle School in Pasvalys in 1976 , he graduated from 1980 to 1985 with a degree in automobile transport at the Vilniaus inžinerinis statybos institutas . In 1985 he became a master in acrobatic flying in the Soviet Union and in 1989 in Europe . From 1992 to 2000 he was a coach in Spain . In 2000 he was a member of the Panevėžys City Council and head of his own school "Vytauto Lapėno skraidymo mokykla" in Paįstris near Panevėžys, from 2000 to 2004 a member of the Seimas .
From 1999 he was a member of Lietuvos liberalų sąjunga and from 2002 the Liberalų Demokratieų partija .
In 2008 he died in Rojūnai Airport near Panevėžys.
