Vytautas Liutikas
Vytautas Liutikas (born September 17, 1930 in Kretinga , † December 31, 1997 in Vilnius ) was a Lithuanian politician.
Life
From 1937 to 1949 Liutikas studied at the Kretinga high school and from 1949 to 1955 studied at the Vilniaus pedagoginis institutas . From 1955 he taught at the Faculty of Kauno politechnikos institutas in Vilnius . In 1967 he received his doctorate in physics and mathematics. From 1973 to 1992 he was head of the chair at the Vilniaus inžinerinis statybos institutas , from 1992 to 1996 a member of the Seimas , from 1996 to 1997 professor at the VGTU .
From 1954 to 1989 he was a member of the CPSU , until 1990 of the Lietuvos komunistų partija , 1990-1997 of the LDDP .
