Vytautas Umbrasas
Vytautas Umbrasas (born December 19, 1957 in Kairionys , Molėtai Rajongemeinde ) is a Lithuanian politician, Vice Minister .
Life
Vytautas Umbrasas completed the diploma study of history at the Vilniaus universitetas . From 1983 to 1990 he was a research assistant and deputy director at the Museum Lietuvos liaudies buities muziejus . From 1991 to 1997 he worked in the protection office at Seimas and was an assistant in the Seimas office . From 1997 to 2004 he was a consultant at the Ministry of Defense of Lithuania . From 2004 to 2008 he was an advisor to the President of Lithuania and from 2008 he was Vice Minister of Defense.
