Milly-Lamartine is a French municipality with 330 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the department of Saone-et-Loire in the region of Bourgogne Franche-Comté . It belongs to the arrondissement of Mâcon and the canton of Hurigny (until 2015: canton of Mâcon-Nord ).

Milly-Lamartine is located about eleven kilometers northwest of Mâcon in the Mâconnais and in the Bourgogne wine-growing region . Milly-Lamartine is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Berzé-la-Ville in the north, La Roche-Vineuse in the east, Bussières in the south and south-east, Pierreclos in the south and south-west and Sologny in the west and north-west.
