Bray is a French commune with a population of 122 (as at 1st January 2017) in the department of Saone-et-Loire in the region of Bourgogne Franche-Comté (before 2016 Burgundy ). The municipality belongs to the arrondissement of Mâcon and the canton of Cluny . The inhabitants are called Brailois .

Bray is located about 27 kilometers north-northwest of Mâcon and about 28 kilometers south-southwest of Chalon-sur-Saône . Neighboring communities of Bray are Cormatin in the north and north-west, Chissey-lès-Mâcon in the north and north-east, Blanot in the east and south-east, Azé in the south and south-east, Cortambert in the south, Massilly in the south-west, Taizé in the west and Ameugny in the west.
