Passy is a French commune with a population of 64 (as at 1st January 2017) in the department of Saone-et-Loire in the region of Bourgogne Franche-Comté (before 2016 Bourgogne ). The municipality belongs to the arrondissement of Mâcon and the canton of Cluny (until 2015: canton of Saint-Gengoux-le-National ).

Passy is located about 42 kilometers northwest of Mâcon and about 32 kilometers southwest of Chalon-sur-Saône . Neighboring municipalities of Passy are Saint-Marcelin-de-Cray in the north, Sigy-le-Châtel in the northeast, Sailly in the east and south, Saint-Martin-de-Salencey in the south and southeast and Chevagny-sur-Guye in the west.
