Flagy is a French municipality with 169 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Saone-et-Loire in the region of Bourgogne Franche-Comté (before 2016 Bourgogne ). The municipality belongs to the arrondissement of Mâcon and the canton of Cluny . The inhabitants are called Flagiciens .

Flagy is located about 29 kilometers northwest of Mâcon and about 34 kilometers south-southwest of Chalon-sur-Saône . Neighboring municipalities of Flagy are Cortevaix in the north, Ameugny in the north and northeast, Taizé in the northeast, Massilly in the east, Lournand in the south, La Vineuse sur Fregande in the west and southwest and Salornay-sur-Guye in the northwest.
