Pruzilly is a French municipality with 337 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Saone-et-Loire in the region of Bourgogne Franche-Comté . The municipality is part of the arrondissement of Mâcon and part of the canton of La Chapelle-de-Guinchay . The inhabitants are called Pruzillois .

Pruzilly is in the Beaujolais countryside , in the Bourgogne wine-growing region ; Here, the Crémant de Bourgogne is mainly produced from the grapes .
Pruzilly is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Cenves in the north, Leynes in the east and northeast, Saint-Vérand in the east and southeast, Saint-Amour-Bellevue in the southeast and Jullié in the south and west.
