Tramayes is a French commune with 1,056 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Saone-et-Loire in the region of Bourgogne Franche-Comté . It belongs to the Arrondissement of Mâcon and the canton of La Chapelle-de-Guinchay (until 2015: Canton Tramayes ).

Tramayes is about twelve kilometers west of Mâcon . Tramayes is surrounded by the neighboring municipalities of Navour-sur-Grosne in the north, Saint-Point in the north, Serrières in the east, Cenves in the southeast, Germolles-sur-Grosne in the south, Deux-Grosnes with Trades in the southwest and Saint-Léger-sous- la-Bussière to the west.
