Grevilly is a French commune in the department of Saone-et-Loire in the region of Bourgogne Franche-Comté (before 2016 Bourgogne ). It belongs to the arrondissement of Mâcon and the canton of Tournus (until 2015 Lugny ). The community has 34 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017).

Grevilly is about 24 kilometers north of the city center of Mâcon . Grevilly is surrounded by the neighboring communities Martailly-lès-Brancion in the north and north-west, Ozenay in the north and north-east, Chardonnay in the east, Lugny in the south and Cruzille in the south and south-west.
