Jullié is located about 28 kilometers north-northwest of Villefranche-sur-Saône and about 13 kilometers west-southwest of Mâcon . Jullié is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Cenves in the north, Juliénas in the east and north-east, Émeringes in the south, Vauxrenard in the west and south-west and Saint-Jacques-des-Arrêts in the west and north-west.
