The anise counting , a classic seasoning mushroom

A spice mushroom is an edible mushroom that is used as a spice to give dishes a certain flavor. For this purpose, the mushroom is ground into a powder with a special mill , which is then sprinkled on the food. This mushroom seasoning should be kept airtight and dry.
As a rule, mushrooms are used as seasoning mushrooms, which have a particularly strong taste and are therefore not suitable as edible mushrooms in the true sense, for example the hawk mushroom . Occasionally, the pepper tube is also incorrectly mentioned as a spice mushroom, but it loses its sharpness when heated.
