The WKG Marine Flakschule Swinemünde ( Competitive Community Marine Flakschule Swinemünde , referred to in Hardy Green Club Lexicon as Kriegsmarine Swinemünde ) was a German military sports club from the Pomeranian city of the same name , today's Świnoujście .
history
A first game operation of the club, to which members of the military from the naval flak school located in Swinoujscie belonged, has been handed down to the 1941/42 season when the club played in the second-class 1st class district 2 Greifen district . In the following season Świnoujście won district group B with an 8: 4 success over the HSV Air Defense School Greifswald and thus qualified for the promotion round to the Gauliga Pomerania in 1943/44 . There the club prevailed only thanks to the better torque quotient over the WKG of BSG Hydrierwerke Pölitz and TSV 1860 Stralsund and rose to the top class. The Gauliga season 1943/44 ended the competition community in third place out of six participating teams within the West section . Due to the war, the club stopped playing after this season and went out.
