Wakaba Shimoguchi ( Japanese 下 口 稚 葉 , Shimoguchi Wakaba ; born May 2, 1998 in Fukui , Fukui Prefecture ) is a Japanese football player .
Career
Wakaba Shimoguchi learned to play football in the youth team of Fukui Central FC and in the JFA Academy Fukushima . He signed his first contract with Fagiano Okayama in 2017 . The club from Okayama , a port city in Okayama Prefecture on Honshū , the main island of Japan , played in the second highest league in the country, the J2 League . From August 2019 to January 2020 he was loaned to the AC Nagano Parceiro . With the club from Nagano he played eight times in the third division, the J3 League . He returned to Okayama in early 2020.
