Waldemar Koehne

Waldemar Koehne (born September 28, 1880 in Danzig , † December 27, 1938 in Berlin ) was a German judge of the Reich judge .

Life

The denomination is first mentioned as Protestant, and since 1898 as free mosaic. He passed his first state law examination in 1901 with "sufficient", the second in 1906 with "sufficient". He was appointed court assessor in mid-July 1906. Half a year later (1907) he became an assistant judge at the LG Danzig. In 1910 Waldemar Koehne became a district judge at the Bartenstein district court. He became a district judge in the republic in 1920, a year later a judge at the Berlin Superior Court . In 1930 he was first assistant judge at the Reich Court , then in 1931 Reich Judge. Until 1933 he was in the Second Criminal Senate of the Reich Court . Then he was transferred to the Second Civil Senate . He was retired on August 1, 1935 (as he was of Jewish origin). He died on December 27, 1938 by committing suicide.
