Waleran de Beaumont, 4th Earl of Warwick († around December 24, 1203 ) was an English magnate .

Walerean de Beaumont came from the Anglo- Norman noble family Beaumont . He was a younger son of Roger de Beaumont, 2nd Earl of Warwick and his wife Gundred de Warenne. His father died in 1153. After the childless death of his brother William in 1184, he inherited the family's estates and the title of Earl of Warwick . Like his brother, however, he hardly appeared politically. At the coronation of King John in 1199, he wore one of the state swords.

In his first marriage he married Margery de Bohun, the only daughter of Henry de Bohun, 1st Earl of Hereford and his wife Maud de Mandeville. He had several children with her, including:

In his second marriage he married Alice de Limesy († after 1212) around 1196 , the widow of John de Limesy , Lord of Cavendish in Suffolk. She was the daughter of Robert de Harcourt from Bosworth and Isabel de Camville . With her he had a daughter:

His heir became his underage son, Henry.
