The Wallburg Almer head is a Wallenburg ( hill fort ) at 336  m above sea level. NN on the Almerskopf in the district of Barig-Selbenhausen in the municipality of Merenberg in the Limburg-Weilburg district in Hesse .

The Almerskopf Wallburg is a well-preserved ring wall system from the Middle Latène period . The complex is completely wooded. About 2 km to the south there is another ring wall system on the Höhburg mountain.
