The Waller Hills are a group of rocky outcrops in Mac Robertson Land, East Antarctica . They rise north of the Rofe Glacier in the northern part of the Mawson Escarpment .

Australian cartographers mapped it using aerial photographs taken in 1956, 1958, 1960 and 1973 during the Australian National Antarctic Research Expeditions . The Antarctic Names Committee of Australia named them after the Australian diplomat John Keith Waller (1914-1992), Deputy Secretary of the Department of External Affairs from 1953 to 1957.
