The Rofe Glacier is a wide and 16 km long glacier in the East Antarctic Mac Robertson Land . To the north of the Mawson Escarpment, it flows west to the Lambert Glacier .
Aerial photographs taken during the Australian National Antarctic Research Expeditions (ANARE) in 1956, 1960 and 1973 were used for mapping purposes. The Australian Antarctic Names and Medals Committee named him in 1973 after Brian Rofe (1918–1971), head of the Australian Antarctic Division from 1970 until his death on August 27, 1971.
