Walter Düding
Walter Düding (born July 9, 1925 ) is a former German soccer player .
Career
The striker Düding began his career at VfB 03 Bielefeld and played with his team in the then first-class Gauliga Westfalen . In the summer of 1943 he moved to Wilhelmshaven 05 and became champions of the Gauliga Weser-Ems with his team . Thus, the Wilhelmshaven qualified for the final round of the German championship , where the team failed in the round of 16 at the eventual runner-up Luftwaffe-Sportverein Hamburg . After the end of the Second World War , Düding returned to VfB 03 Bielefeld.
