Walter Zawadil
Walter Zawadil-Veith (born August 31, 1909 in Olomouc , † February 28, 1960 in Bayreuth ) was a German politician ( FDP , later DP ).
Life
Zawadil, who came from the Sudetenland , came to Bavaria as a displaced person .
MP
Zawadil belonged to the German Bundestag in its first legislative period (1949-1953). Originally elected for the FDP , he switched to the DP on November 26, 1952. In the federal election in 1953 , he unsuccessfully applied for a new mandate on the Bavarian state list of the DP.
Other activities
Zawadil belonged to the strongly right-wing Witikobund as a board member. He was also one of the leading activists in founding the Sudeten German Landsmannschaft , so he won Hans-Christoph Seebohm as deputy. Country team spokesman.
